A durable and perfectly level ceiling depends on accurate framing and proper jointing. A typical job follows this order: mark levels using laser alignment, fix heavy-duty metal studs and suspension channels, secure the appropriate boards or grid T-bars, then tape, joint, and sand for a smooth, seamless finish.
Gypsum boards: standard, moisture-resistant (green board), and fire-resistant (pink board) selected based on room humidity and safety requirements.
Grid systems: exposed or concealed aluminum T-grid frames with acoustic fiber, mineral board, or vinyl-faced tiles.
Jointing & plastering: high-grade joint compound and fiber mesh tape applied over screw heads and joints so the ceiling is completely smooth and ready for paint.

Yes. We repair water-damaged sections, fix hairline cracks along joints, reinforce sagging framing, and replace damaged grid tiles without needing to tear down the entire ceiling unless necessary.
